Booking Terms

General Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter, one day's charge will be made if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice. Special conditions applies for the Fairford Airshow in July where full payment is required at time of booking and is not refundable.
